Members of the Champ Car and Atlantic communities, including all teams, suppliers, and media, are invited to join Jensen MotorSport Inc. as they kick off the 2007 race season in style at Simon Kitchen and Bar inside the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas on Wednesday, April 4th.
“Before everyone buckles down to focus on the cars and the races, we want to give them an opportunity to get together and enjoy a night out in Sin City,” says team president Eric Jensen. “It’s the inaugural Las Vegas Grand Prix and the first race of the 2007 season, so what better excuse could there be for a party?”

Jensen MotorSport driver, Frankie Muniz will co-host the party beginning at 9:00pm at the namesake restaurant of celebrity chef Kerry Simon. Located inside the legendary Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, Simon Kitchen and Bar specializes in gourmet comfort food and includes The Dark Bar lounge area that attracts celebrities and tourists alike.
As a special sponsor of Muniz and his #13 car for the Las Vegas Grand Prix, the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino will present both the JMS ‘Kick Off’ party and the team’s exclusive ‘Drivers Party’ on Sunday, April 8th at Body English Nightclub, also part of the Hard Rock complex.
“We’re expecting a great crowd at Simon’s,” says Jensen. “And that will only be the start of what promises to be a great night. The Hard Rock has so many attractions to offer – the casino, the clubs and all the great restaurants – Jensen MotorSport is proud to be its exclusive team partner for the 2007 season.”
